1. Cancellation of Subscriptions

Since we offer digital coaching services and instant access to downloads (PDF study material, videos, mock test answers), subscriptions or individual product purchases cannot be canceled once access is granted. There is no auto-recurring billing system; all subscription purchases are one-time payments that expire automatically at the end of the duration.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued in the following specific scenarios:

• Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• System Failure: If a payment is successfully charged but content is not unlocked within 48 hours, and our support team cannot resolve the access issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] containing your transaction ID, registered email address, and proof of double payment. Valid refund claims will be processed and credited back to your original source of payment within 5–7 working days in compliance with Razorpay transaction standards.
