In compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety guidelines, ExamBull (a venture of Rahinama24-STEM Group Private Limited) provides a simple mechanism for users to request the permanent deletion of their account profiles, historical login logs, active subscriptions, and OAuth association records.
What data is deleted?
When you request account deletion, we permanently wipe the following from our live databases:
- Your student name, email address, password hashes, and phone contacts.
- Social login mapping logs (Google ID and Facebook ID).
- Active and historical subscription maps and API tokens.
How to submit a deletion request
You can request deletion using one of the following methods:
Send a deletion request email to [email protected] from your registered email address. Subject: "Request for Account Deletion". Our support team will confirm and delete your records within 48 hours.
Go to the Settings tab in the ExamBull Android app, tap "Delete Account", and confirm your request.
Data Retention Policy
We only retain minimal payment logs (transaction invoices) separately to comply with standard audit, legal, and financial reporting requirements in India. No personal contact data or authentication mapping is retained.
